Book a Consultation

If you are ready to discuss your HR matter under a consultation with Andrew, please use the booking function to choose your consultation appointment and pay for your slot in advance.

You should book a 30 minute initial consultation if you have a relatively simple or discrete matter to discuss, such as a query on contractual clauses, statutory rights of employees, or particular aspects of employment law. If your matter is more complex, such as a protracted employee disciplinary or grievance case, a redundancy or business restructure, then you should book a 60 minute strategy consultation so that we will be able to cover the necessary detail and discuss the available solutions and route forward. It may be necessary after your consultation to undertake further work on a project basis, depending on the nature of your matter. In this case we will provide a quote to continue supporting you.

If you have any documents or materials which will need reviewing ahead of your consultation, then please send these at least 24 hours prior to your consultation appointment to andrew@pondcroftconsulting.com, and bear in mind that we will only spend up to 15 complimentary minutes reviewing material ahead of your consultation call.
